Most compounded prescriptions are prepared within 24-48 hours, with turnaround times varying depending on the formulation and ingredient availability.


Once completed, orders can be collected in store or same day delivery. Please allow additional time during weekends, public holidays or when awaiting original prescriptions or specialised ingredients.


If your prescription is time-sensitive, please contact our pharmacy team and we will do our best to accomodate urgent requests.
