Over 25 years ago, when I started my journey in pharmacy, I realised something important: no two patients are the same. While standard medicines help many, some people need treatments carefully tailored to their unique needs. That understanding sparked my passion for personalised medicine and compounding pharmacy, a passion that continues to drive me today.


In 2012, Tim and I took over Botanical Pharmacy with a simple vision: to offer care that truly listens to each patient. In 2024, I had the privilege of continuing the legacy of Como Compounding Pharmacy, which deepened my commitment to creating specialised, customised treatments.


In 2025, Botanical Compounding Pharmacy was established. It is a place where healthcare practitioners and compounding pharmacists collaborate to create formulations designed around the individual. Whether supporting women’s health, menopause, healthy ageing, gut health, or hormone therapy, our purpose remains the same: to offer solutions when standard therapies are not enough.


Compounding isn’t just about preparing medicines. It’s about understanding each patient, collaborating with their healthcare team, and delivering care that truly makes a difference. Our philosophy is simple: “Customised Care from our family to yours.” It reflects the way we treat every patient, with the same care, attention, and thoughtfulness we would give our own family.


I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve our community, support healthcare practitioners, and continue the tradition of thoughtful, personalised pharmacy care.
