Over 25 years ago, when I started my journey in pharmacy, I realised something important: no two patients are the same. While standard medicines help many, some people need treatments carefully tailored to their unique needs. That understanding sparked my passion for personalised medicine and compounding pharmacy, a passion that continues to drive me today.


In 2012, Tim and I took over Botanical Pharmacy with a simple vision: to offer care that truly listens to each patient. In 2024, I had the privilege of continuing the legacy of Como Compounding Pharmacy, which deepened my commitment to creating specialised, customised treatments.


By 2025, Botanical Compounding Pharmacy was born. It’s a place where healthcare practitioners and compounding pharmacists work together to design formulations centred on the individual. Whether it’s women’s health, menopause support, healthy ageing, gut health, or hormone therapy, our goal is always the same: to provide solutions when standard medicines aren’t enough.


Compounding isn’t just about preparing medicines. It’s about understanding each patient, collaborating with their healthcare team, and delivering care that truly makes a difference.


Our philosophy is simple: “Customised Care from our family to yours.” It reflects the way we treat every patient, with the same care, attention, and thoughtfulness we would give our own family.
